Welcome to Barley Lane Primary School

We are a large, multicultural primary school located in Redbridge, Essex. Our children come mainly from Goodmayes, Chadwell Heath and Seven Kings. At the moment we have 27 primary classes and 2 nursery classes.

Here at Barley Lane we are committed to providing the very best for our pupils. We aim for each pupil to achieve the highest standard in work and behaviour within a broad and balanced curriculum.

We recognise that each child is an individual and do our utmost to meet their needs. We encourage children to be responsible, to take initiative and to show consideration to others.

Partnerships with parents, carers, external agencies and the local community are the key to our success. Our ultimate aim is that children develop the communication skills, attitude and confidence to make a positive contribution to society throughout their lives.
